Using only the freshest ingredients and unique, innovative recipes our guests always leave raving about the food. Chef Ian Hoyt was raised in Hawaii and the Pacific Northwest, with his vast knowledge of fusion cuisine, his menus are always creative and out of the ordinary. For 17 years we have been commended for our delicious cuisine!

LUC offers affordable bar packages ranging from house beer & wine to full bar and specialty cocktails. We allow clients to provide their own alcohol as well with obtaining a WA State Banquet Permit.

Catering Services
Our package prices can range from $36.50-$58.50 per person and includes the reception buffet and 5 hour facility rental. As well as, full service catering staff, planning services, linens, flatware, china, and glassware.
